CANCELLATION & LATENESS POLICY
Your hair appointment is reserved specifically for you. I therefore ask that you notify me at least 48 hours in advance if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Late cancellations cost me precious time and money, therefore if I receive less than 48 hours notice of cancellation, 50% of the service cost will be charged. Less than 24hours notice or ‘no shows’ will be charged 50% of the service.
Any future appointments will not be booked until the fee is paid.
I run a 10 minute late policy within my salon. If you run late over these 10 minutes I will unfortunately be unable to see you for your appointment. Ofcourse I completely understand that life can get in the way, or traffic can be a mare, but please please text or call ahead.
Everyone has a set time and allocated time period, which I do my best to stick to. I have noticed at late I seem to be running behind and not due to my own time keeping.
